What we keep about you, and why

Zen Recovery is a small team of cupping and manual therapists in Cairo, Dahab and Florence. The site at zenrecovery.club is run for them by Amico Mio (Florence, Italy), which builds and hosts it. This page says plainly what the site stores, what it is used for and how to have it removed. Last updated 14 September 2026.

What we store

Your booking details: name, email, WhatsApp number, the city, session, day and time you chose, and how you paid. We need these to hold your slot, confirm it and remind you.
Your answers before a session ("why you're here", where it hurts on the body map, health conditions such as pregnancy or blood thinners, notes). These are health data. We ask for them only so the therapist can work safely, and we store them only with your explicit consent, which you give when you fill them in. You can skip them, and you can clear them at any time from My account → Profile.
Where it hurts, over time: each time you update the body map (from a booking or your account) we keep the previous version so you and your therapist can see progress. Clearing your answers clears this history too.
Messages you exchange with a therapist in the site chat.
Rewards and codes: your loyalty count, invite code, gift codes and partner codes you use.
Sign-in: a session cookie after you open a magic link or sign in with Google or Apple. We do not store passwords for clients.
Technical: the country your connection comes from (to show the rooms near you), and, if a page breaks, the error message and browser type so we can fix it. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies.

Who handles it

The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting and database), emails go through Resend, card payments through Stripe (Florence) and Fawry (Egypt), and sign-in with Google or Apple uses those providers. Each of them sees only what it needs for its job; none of them receives your health answers. Your therapist sees your answers, your body map and your messages. The owner of Zen Recovery sees bookings and totals, not individual earnings or chats beyond what is needed to run the rooms.

How long

Bookings and payments are kept for as long as the accounts need them (tax law in Italy and Egypt asks for several years). Health answers, the body map history and chats are deleted when you ask, or when your account is deleted. Sign-in links expire within an hour; sessions expire after a period of inactivity.

Your rights

You can see everything we hold about you under My account (there is an export), correct it there, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Write to booking@zenrecovery.club from the address you booked with. If you are in the EU you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority (in Italy, the Garante).

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser also remembers your language, a chat you wanted to open and whether you asked to see all cities. Nothing is used to follow you around the web.

Cosa conserviamo

I dati della prenotazione: nome, email, numero WhatsApp, città, seduta, giorno e ora scelti, e come hai pagato. Servono per tenerti il posto, confermarlo e ricordartelo.
Le tue risposte prima della seduta (perché vieni, dove fa male sulla mappa del corpo, condizioni di salute come gravidanza o anticoagulanti, note). Sono dati sulla salute. Li chiediamo solo perché il terapista possa lavorare in sicurezza e li conserviamo solo con il tuo consenso esplicito, che dai quando li compili. Puoi saltarli e puoi cancellarli in qualsiasi momento da Il mio account → Profilo.
Dove fa male, nel tempo: ogni volta che aggiorni la mappa del corpo (da una prenotazione o dal tuo account) conserviamo la versione precedente perché tu e il terapista possiate vedere i progressi. Cancellare le risposte cancella anche questa cronologia.
I messaggi che scambi con un terapista nella chat del sito.
Premi e codici: il conteggio fedeltà, il codice invito, i codici regalo e i codici partner che usi.
Accesso: un cookie di sessione dopo aver aperto un link magico o effettuato l'accesso con Google o Apple. Non conserviamo password dei clienti.
Tecnici: il paese da cui ti colleghi (per mostrarti le sale vicine) e, se una pagina si rompe, il messaggio di errore e il tipo di browser per poterla sistemare. Nessun tracker pubblicitario, nessun cookie di analisi.

Chi li tratta

Il sito gira su Cloudflare (hosting e database), le email passano da Resend, i pagamenti con carta da Stripe (Firenze) e Fawry (Egitto), l'accesso con Google o Apple usa quei fornitori. Ognuno vede solo ciò che serve al suo compito; nessuno riceve le tue risposte sulla salute. Il tuo terapista vede le tue risposte, la mappa del corpo e i messaggi. Il titolare di Zen Recovery vede prenotazioni e totali, non i guadagni dei singoli né le chat oltre quanto serve a gestire le sale.

Per quanto tempo

Prenotazioni e pagamenti restano finché la contabilità ne ha bisogno (la legge fiscale in Italia e in Egitto richiede diversi anni). Risposte sulla salute, cronologia della mappa e chat vengono cancellate quando lo chiedi o quando il tuo account viene eliminato. I link di accesso scadono entro un'ora; le sessioni scadono dopo un periodo di inattività.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi vedere tutto ciò che conserviamo su di te in Il mio account (c'è un'esportazione), correggerlo lì o chiederci di eliminare l'account con tutto il contenuto. Scrivi a booking@zenrecovery.club dall'indirizzo con cui hai prenotato. Se sei nell'UE hai anche il diritto di rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookie

Un cookie ti tiene collegato. Il browser ricorda anche la lingua, una chat che volevi aprire e se hai chiesto di vedere tutte le città. Niente serve a seguirti sul web.

ما نحفظه

بيانات الحجز: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم واتساب والمدينة والجلسة واليوم والوقت الذي اخترته وطريقة الدفع. نحتاجها لحجز موعدك وتأكيده وتذكيرك به.
إجاباتك قبل الجلسة (سبب زيارتك، مكان الألم على خريطة الجسم، الحالات الصحية مثل الحمل أو أدوية سيولة الدم، الملاحظات). هذه بيانات صحية. نطلبها فقط ليعمل المعالج بأمان، ولا نحفظها إلا بموافقتك الصريحة التي تمنحها عند تعبئتها. يمكنك تخطيها ومسحها في أي وقت من حسابي ← الملف الشخصي.
مكان الألم عبر الوقت: في كل مرة تحدّث فيها خريطة الجسم (من حجز أو من حسابك) نحتفظ بالنسخة السابقة لتتابع أنت ومعالجك التقدم. مسح إجاباتك يمسح هذا السجل أيضاً.
الرسائل التي تتبادلها مع المعالج في محادثة الموقع.
المكافآت والأكواد: عدّاد الولاء وكود الدعوة وأكواد الهدايا وأكواد الشركاء التي تستخدمها.
تسجيل الدخول: ملف تعريف ارتباط للجلسة بعد فتح رابط الدخول أو الدخول عبر Google أو Apple. لا نحفظ كلمات مرور للعملاء.
تقنية: البلد الذي تتصل منه (لعرض الغرف القريبة منك)، وإذا تعطلت صفحة، رسالة الخطأ ونوع المتصفح لنصلحها. لا متتبعات إعلانية ولا ملفات تحليل.

من يتعامل معها

يعمل الموقع على Cloudflare (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات)، وتُرسل الرسائل عبر Resend، ومدفوعات البطاقات عبر Stripe (فلورنسا) وFawry (مصر)، والدخول عبر Google أو Apple يستخدم تلك الخدمات. كل جهة ترى ما تحتاجه لعملها فقط؛ ولا تصل إجاباتك الصحية إلى أي منها. يرى معالجك إجاباتك وخريطة جسمك ورسائلك. يرى مالك Zen Recovery الحجوزات والإجماليات، لا أرباح الأفراد ولا المحادثات إلا بقدر ما يلزم لإدارة الغرف.

إلى متى

تبقى الحجوزات والمدفوعات ما دامت الحسابات تحتاجها (القانون الضريبي في إيطاليا ومصر يطلب عدة سنوات). تُحذف الإجابات الصحية وسجل خريطة الجسم والمحادثات عندما تطلب ذلك أو عند حذف حسابك. تنتهي روابط الدخول خلال ساعة؛ وتنتهي الجلسات بعد فترة من عدم النشاط.

حقوقك

يمكنك رؤية كل ما نحفظه عنك في حسابي (يوجد تصدير)، وتصحيحه هناك، أو أن تطلب حذف حسابك بكل ما فيه. اكتب إلى booking@zenrecovery.club من العنوان الذي حجزت به. إذا كنت في الاتحاد الأوروبي فلك أيضاً حق الشكوى لدى سلطة حماية البيانات.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط

ملف واحد يبقيك مسجّل الدخول. يتذكر متصفحك أيضاً لغتك، ومحادثة أردت فتحها، وما إذا طلبت عرض كل المدن. لا شيء يُستخدم لتتبعك عبر الإنترنت.
